O’Brien Law Firm obtains $347,000 judgment against a mobile device automation company

On October 4, 2019, the O’Brien Law Firm obtained a final judgment for an out-of-state client against a Texas-based mobile device automation company. O’Brien’s client was a former company VP who was denied his full compensation, including substantial bonuses and severance pay, due to mismanagement of the company even while the company was generating and continues to generate substantial revenue. This case was Cause No. CC-19-03982-A.

Unfortunately, in September 2020, the company, Pervacio, filed for bankruptcy, meaning that both the firm’s client as well as many other creditors of Pervacio may collect little to nothing on their claims. This demonstrates that even where the firm does everything right in court for its clients, the company’s financial circumstances could leave the client unable to collect the winning award.
