O’Brien Law Firm collects $78,000 from irresponsible employer

On October 5, 2017, the O’Brien Law Firm obtained a final judgment against Toolmen Corporation of Georgetown, Texas, for $78,207.55 in lost wages and attorney fees for an engineer who was denied his full salary repeatedly over the course of a year’s time. That case was Cause No. 17-0619-CC2, in Williamson County Court-at-Law No. 2. After aggressive collections efforts by the O’Brien Law Firm in coordination with Williamson County law enforcement, the firm quickly recovered all of that money from Toolmen, and was able to put over $58,000 into the client’s pocket before the end of 2017.
