O’Brien Law Firm files 4th suit against Waco-based Wardlaw Claims Service

On August 5, 2016, O’Brien Law Firm filed its fourth lawsuit, in federal court, on behalf of current or former employees of Wardlaw Claims Service of Waco, Texas. Wardlaw is a 50-year old company that does tens of millions of dollars in revenue each year providing contract claims adjusters to large insurance companies, like State Farm. O’Brien Law Firm has uncovered what it believes are multiple violations of employment laws, including substantial violations of the federal overtime laws. O’Brien Law Firm also has a case pending in Dallas federal court on behalf of five minority employees who were all selected and fired by Wardlaw in summary fashion in response to an anonymous employee email complaint that they had nothing to do with. With one case informally resolved, O’Brien Law Firm is working hard to get justice on behalf of these employees and any others who were treated or paid by Wardlaw in violation of state or federal employment laws.
